电针对缺血再灌注脑损伤大鼠海马线粒体ATP酶活性的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨针刺脑保护作用的途径.方法 线栓法闭塞SD大鼠大脑中动脉,制作局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型.分为假手术组、模型组、电针组.电针组于造模后2h进行针刺"百会"、"大椎"穴,捻转刺激0.5 min后,接电针仪.持续60min.观察各组海马线粒体Na+-K+-ATP酶、Ca2+-ATP酶、Mg2+-ATP酶活性,并观察海马组织的总体抗氧化能力.结果 模型组Na+-K+-ATP酶、Ca2+-ATP酶、Mg2+-ATP酶活性及总体抗氧化能力均显著下降,电针组相应酶的活性及总体抗氧化能力均较模型组显著高.结论 电针提高海马神经元细胞线粒体离子泵ATP酶的活性,从而改善神经细胞的能量代谢,是针刺脑保护作用的可能途径,这与针刺能够保护海马抗氧化损伤的能力有关,可能是针刺能够"醒脑"的途径之一.
