| 摘 要： | 目的：了解儿童重症支原体肺炎（MPP）的临床特点、影像学特点、常见并发症,总结治疗经验。方法：对收治的40例儿童MPP病例进行临床分析。结果：40例患儿均有发热、咳嗽表现,合并胸腔积液15例,肺不张12例;2例出现肺出血;21例合并肺外并发症。结论：儿童MPP常合并胸腔积液、肺不张。肺外症状多见心肌、肝功能受损、神经系统受损。阿奇霉素抗炎疗效不佳者常需利福平、甲基泼尼松龙、丙种球蛋白联合治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To understand the clinical features,imaging features,complications of children with severe mycoplasma pneumonia(MPP) and sum up the treatment.Method: To analyse the 40 cases of children with severe mycoplasma pneumonia .Result: 40 cases of children have fever,cough performance,combined with pleural effusion in 15 cases,12 cases of atelectasis;two cases of pulmonary hemorrhage occurred;21 cases with extrapulmonary complications.Conclusion: The MPP in children is often associated with pleural effusi... |
