原发性乳腺癌中C-erbB-2、nm23的表达与淋巴结转移相关性研究

摘    要:目的 探讨原发性乳腺癌组织中C erbB 2、nm2 3蛋白表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系。方法 采用S P免疫组织化学技术及HE染色 ,对C erbB 2、nm2 3蛋白表达进行观察。结果  5 7例原发性乳腺癌中淋巴结转移 32例 ,转移率为 5 6 .1% ,其中C erbB 2阳性表达者淋巴结转移率为93.8% ,显著高于阴性表达者 6 8.0 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ,呈正相关 ;而nm2 3则以阴性表达者的淋巴结转移率为 72 .0 % ,明显高于阳性表达者 4 6 .9% (P <0 .0 5 ) ,呈负相关。结论 C erbB 2、nm2 3检测不仅对乳腺癌的内分泌治疗有重要的参考价值 ,而且对乳腺癌有无淋巴结转移的判断及预后的估计都有较大的参考价值。

The expression of C-erbB-2 and nm23 in primary breast cancer and its relation to lymphogenous matastasis
Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between the expression of c-erbB-2,nm23 protein and lymphogenous metastasis in primary breast cancer.Methods By using S-P immunohistochemi- cal method,the expression of c-erbB-2 and nm23 protein were detected.Results Thirty-two cases in 57 cases breast cancer were found lymphogenous metastasis.The rate of metastasis was 56.1%.The rate of lymphogenous metastasis in the cases with positive c-erbB-2 (93.8%) expression was significantly higher than that in the cases with negative c-erbB-2 expression (68.0%) (P<0.05).The rate of lymphogenous metastasis positively correlated with the positive c-erbB-2 expression.The rate of lymphogenous metastasis in the cases with negative nm23 expression(72.0%) was significantly higher than that in the cases with positive nm23 expression(46.9%).(P<0.05).The rate of lymphogenous metastasis negatively correlated with the positive expression of nm23.Conclusions The detection of c-erbB-2 and nm23 not only plays an important role in the endocrinotherapy of breast cancer but also has great value for the diagnosis of the lymphogenous metastasis and the estimation of prognosis.
