摘    要:目的:研究我国高血压患病率较低发区的广东三个人群膳食结构特点,以利于找出预防高血压合理的膳食模型。方法:应用食物频数法,对广东三个主要地方方言及地理环境不同的25岁以上成人共926人,进行膳食营养因素的分析。结果:平均每人每天膳食营养素的摄入量为:蛋白质热量占总热量摄入的17.5%,脂肪占20.1%,碳水化合物占61.2%;本文显示广东人群的饮食特点是较高优质蛋白质和较低钠摄入。结论:提示该膳食模式有利于广东人群的血压维持在较低水平

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the dietary characteristics among three population samples with low hypertension prevalence in Guangdong Province. Methods:Nine hundred and twenty six men and women aged over 25 were surveyed in 1995 by food frequency analysis method. Results:Mean daily intakes of nutrients per capita were as follows:Protein accounted for 17 5% of the total caloric intake (kcal),fat 20 1% and carbohydrate 61 2%.The main findings of the study indicated that the mean value of daily intake of total protein (especially animal protein) was higher and that of sodium was lower in the Guangdong population. Conclusion:The present study suggests that the dietary pattern of Guangdong population may be favorable for keeping lower prevalence of hypertension in them.
