180例生殖异常患者染色体核型分析

目的探讨生殖异常与染色体异常的关系。方法检测180例生殖异常患者外周血淋巴细胞染色体核型。结果180例有不孕不育、畸形、死胎、习惯性流产患者染色体检查出异常核型13例,其中4例克氏综合征（K linefelter综合征）,3例平衡易位,3例罗伯逊易位,2例臂间倒位,1例大Y染色体。结论染色体异常是导致不孕不育及自发流产的重要原因之一,对生殖异常患者进行染色体检查可为临床诊断和优生优育提供依据。

180 samples analysis of chromosome from reproduction abnormality patients

Objective： To investigate the relationship between reproductive abnormalities and chromosome abnormalities . Methods： 180 reproduction abnormality patients＇were performed by peripheral blood lymphocytes cultivating to make chromosome G- banding. results： 13 of 180 cases of patients （7.2%） were abnormal chromosome karyotypes. Among 4 case are Klinefeher＇syndromes, 3 case are chromosome balanced translocations, 3 case are chromosome Robertson translocations, 2 cases are inversion chromosome, 1 case are polymorphism of Y - chromosome. Conclusion ： Chromosome abnormalities are the important factors resulting in female/male infertilities, we advocate that should try to do chromosome investigation for reproduction abnormality oatients.
