| 摘 要： | 目的]了解福州市社区护士对艾滋病知识认知及职业防护行为现状,分析其影响因素,为艾滋病社区防护工作提供依据.方法]自制问卷,以分层抽样与方便抽样相结合的方法,对福州市5个城区32个社区卫生服务中心和123个社区卫生服务站的450名社区护士进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷414份.结果]414名社区护士艾滋病知识评分为14.81分±8.03分, 处于中低水平;艾滋病职业防护行为评分为18.37分±5.10分,处于中高等水平.工作年限、既往是否接受艾滋病培训等是影响社区护士对艾滋病知识认知及职业防护行为水平的因素.结论]社区护理管理者应健全职业防护规章制度,加强相关培训工作,优化社区护士队伍学历结构以提高社区护士对艾滋病知识认知及职业防护水平.
