| 摘 要： | 目的：采有双波长薄层扫描法测定腰腿痛丸中麻黄碱的含量。方法：样品超声处理，离心后取上清液，在λS=515nm,λR=680nm下测定含量。结果：方法简便、准确高，精密度好。结论：可作腰腿痛丸的质控方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:This paper reported a method of quantitative analysis for ephedrine content in Yaotuitong Pill by TLC-densitometry. Methods:The samples were extracted with ultrasonic treatment, were seperated by TLC after centrifugalization, then determined at λS=515 nm, λR=680 nm. Results:The result proved that the method was simple, rapid and accurate. Conclusion:It is suitable for the determination of ephedrine content in Yaotuitong Pill. |
