摘 要: | 目的研究COX-2蛋白和突变型p53蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达情况,探讨两者在乳腺癌发生、发展中的作用、相互关系及与临床病理学特征之间的关系。方法运用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶免疫组织化学方法(S-P)对99例乳腺癌组织中COX-2蛋白和突变型p53蛋白的表达进行检测。结果99例乳腺癌中COX-2蛋白表达阳性率为69.7%(69/99),COX-2蛋白表达与患者年龄、原发肿瘤大小、腋淋巴结转移状况、TNM临床分期、激素受体状况均无显著相关(P〉0.05),而与C-erbB-2蛋白表达呈显著相关(P〈0.05)。99例乳腺癌中突变型p53蛋白表达阳性率为48.5%(48/99),突变型p53蛋白表达与患者年龄、TNM临床分期、激素受体状况无显著相关(P〉0.05),而与原发肿瘤大小、腋淋巴结转移状况、C-erbB-2蛋白表达呈显著相关(P〈0.05)。COX-2蛋白表达与突变型p53蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达呈正相关(r=0.288,P〈0.05),两者共表达与肿瘤大小、腋淋巴结转移状况呈显著相关(P〈0.05)。结论COX-2蛋白和突变型p53蛋白在乳腺癌组织中高表达,COX-2蛋白与突变型p53蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达呈正相关,两者在乳腺癌的发生、发展中可能起协同作用,是反映乳腺癌生物学行为的重要指标。

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expressions of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) protein and mutable p53 protein in the patients with breast cancer and their relationship to clinicopathological factors.Methods Specimens from 99 patients who had undergone radical surgery for primary breast cancer were analyzed for the expressions of COX-2 protein and mutable p53 protein with the immunohistochemical technique.Results The rate of positive expression of COX-2 protein was 69.7%(69/99),which had no correlation with age,tumor size,axillary lymphnode metastasis,TNM staging and expression of ER and PR(P0.05),but had correlation with expression of C-erbB-2 protein(P0.05).The rate of positive expression of mutable p53 protein was 48.5%(48/99),which had no correlation with age,TNM staging and expression of ER and PR(P0.05),but had correlation with tumor size,axillary lymphnode metastasis and expression of C-erbB-2 protein(P0.05).The expression rate of COX-2 protein was positively correlated with that of mutable p53 protein(r=0.288,P0.05).Conclusions COX-2 protein and mutable p53 protein are strongly expressed in breast cancerous tissues.The expression rate of COX-2 protein has a positive correlation with that of mutable p53 protein in breast cancer.COX-2 protein and mutable p53 protein may play synergetic roles in the carcinogenesis and evolvement of breast cancer.They are important biologic behavior characters of breast cancer. |
