宣教母乳喂养促产妇早泌乳200例分析

目的：探讨母乳喂养宣教促进产妇早泌乳的临床意义。方法：选择足月待产孕妇400例分成两组，宣教组由经验丰富的医务人员在孕妇入院后及产后进行母乳喂养知识的宣教。对照组未进行母乳喂养知识的宣教，婴儿行人工喂养，待产妇自然泌乳后开始哺乳。结果：实施母乳喂养宣教的产妇第2d的泌乳率占100％，对照组为32％；宣教组产妇产后泌乳24h乳量充足占56％，对照组16％。结论：母乳喂养知识的宣传教育，可以促进产妇早泌乳，增加泌乳量，提高母乳喂养质量。

Analysis on Lactation of 200 Parturients after Breast-Feeding Propaganda and Education

Objective: To discuss the clinical significance of early lactation of parturients improved by the propaganda and education of breast feeding.Methods: All of 400 pregnant women in our hospital who were about to give birth to children were chosen and divided into two groups.One group was given the propaganda and education of breast-feeding knowledge by experienced medical workers after they were sent to hospital or postpartum.The control group wasn't given any propaganda and education of breast feeding,the infants were raised by artificial feeding,and they didn't enjoy breast feeding until their mothers could feed them with natural lactation.Results: The lactation rate of breast-feeding group on the second day was 100 %,while the lactation rate of the control group on the second day was only 32%.The colostrum enough of postpartum lactation in breast-feeding group was for 24 hours,it was 56%,but the colostrum enough of the control group was only 16%. Conclusions: The propaganda and education of breast-feeding knowledge can promote early lactation,increase enough lactation and improve breast-feeding quality of parturients.
