| 摘 要： | 目的评价我院口服抗高血压药应用情况及趋势。方法对我院2006-2010年口服抗高血压药应用品种、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)进行统计、分析。结果口服抗高血压药销售金额逐年上升,钙通道阻断剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、血管紧张素受体Ⅱ拮抗剂的销售金额和DDDs排序在2006-2010年中均居前3位。按单品种排序,氨氯地平、硝苯地平控释片和氯沙坦钾居销售金额和DDDs排序的前6位。结论我院口服抗高血压药应用符合"高血压防治指南"。

| Abstract: | AIM To evaluate the application status and development tendency of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital.METHODS Data about clinical application of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital during 2006 to 2010 were analyzed statistically in terms of drug varieties,consumption sum and DDDs.RESULTS The consumption sum of oral antihypertensive drugs was increasing year by year.Calcium-channel blockers(CCB),angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors(ACEI)and angiotensin receptor blockers(ARB)were dominated the first three places in terms of the consumption sum and DDDs.With the terms of the sequence of single variety,amlodipine,nifedipine controlled-release tablets and losartan potassium were dominated the first six places in terms of the consumption sum and DDDs.CONCLUSION The clinical application of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital is in line with the guidelines for the prevention of hypertension. |
