2009～2011年我门诊部口服心血管中成药应用分析

目的:评价近3年来我门诊部治疗心血管中成药的应用情况,分析目前中成药治疗心血管病用药特点和趋势。方法:采用限定计量分析法,对近3年心血管中成药的种类、销售金额、用药构成比例及用药频度等进行统计与分析。结果:用药频度及金额排序靠前的有复方丹参滴丸、参松养心胶囊、脑心通胶囊,用药特点日消耗较低,药品使用率高,而且价格低廉。结论:我门诊部心血管中成药应用较为合理,中药制剂在心血管防治方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。

Analysis of Cardiovascular Chinese Patent Medicine Administratin in Our Hospital During the Period 2009 - 2011

Objective： To evaluate and analyze the utilization status and tendency of cardiovascular Chinese patent medicine in our hospital in 2009-2011. Mothods： Applied to defined daily dose analytical method, cardiovascular Chinese patent medicine used in clinic drugstore of our hospital in 2009-2011 were statistically analyzed in respect of DDDs, drug consumption sum, proportion and varieties of drug use.Results： The drugs including to Compound Danshen Dirpping Pills,Shensong Yangxin Compsule,Buchang NaoXinTong Compsule were in the top position with an increasing tendency in respect to the DDDs,consumption sum. Cardiovascular Chinese patent medicine administratin was characterized with low daily drug consumption dose, high utilization frequency and low price. Conclusions： The application of Cardiovascular Chinese Patent Medicine was advisable in our hospital. Chinese patent medicine was playing an important role in preventing and treating cardiovascular dieases.
