心理咨询技术在麦默通切除乳腺良性肿块患者心理护理中的运用

目的了解麦默通微创切除乳腺良性肿块患者手术前后心理问题。探讨运用心理咨询技术对患者进行心理护理的效果。方法:观察96例麦默通手术患者的心理表现,用焦虑和抑郁自评量表对患者进行测评,运用心理咨询技术给予相应的心理护理。结果:患者心理问题主要表现为抑郁、焦虑等,经心理护理后症状明显缓解。结论:手术患者存在明显的心理压力,运用心理咨询技术进行心理护理可明显缓解患者抑郁、焦虑等症状,发挥护理的最佳作用。

The use of psychological counseling in the psychological care of benign breast tumor patients receiving Mammotome excision

Objective The aim of this study was to illustrate the psychological problems of the patients with benign breast tumor before and after receiving Mammotome minimally invasive excision and explore the effect of psychological counseling in theae patients. Method： 96 patients received Mammotome surgery. The mental performances of the patients were observed. Anxiety and depression self rating scale was used for assessment; According to the psychological counseling techniques, the appropriate psychological care waw given. Results： The psychological problems of the patients manifested as depression, anxiety, etc. After the psychological care, alI the problems above were alleviated significantly. Conclusion： Surgical patients have significant psychological pressure, and the use of psychological counseling for the psychological care can significantly relieve the symptoms of patients with depression, anxiety, and etc.
