| 摘 要： | 子宫内膜异位症(EMS)是生育年龄妇女的常见病、多发病,其患病率近年来明显上升,引起医学界的关注。中医认为本病与血瘀有关,属于痛经、癥瘕、不育等范畴,常用活血化瘀法治疗,取得了较好的治疗效果。本文就活血化瘀药治疗子宫内膜异位症的作用机制进行了总结。

| Abstract: | Endometriosis （EMS） is a common disease in reproductive women. In recent years, it attracts great attention since the prevalence rate of EMS significantly increases quickly. Traditional Chinese medicine considers that EMS is implicated in blood stasis, which belongs to the category of dysmenorrheal, lumps, and infertility. A satisfactory result has been obtained from treatment with traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. This paper briefly reviews the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the treatment of Endometriosis. |
