摘    要:目的:分析地高辛血药浓度与患者年龄、性别的关系,阐述治疗药物监测(TDM)对地高辛合理应用的意义。方法:建立地高辛Access数据库,对首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院2003~2011年地高辛TDM结果进行分析。结果:因治疗范围窄,毒副反应大,地高辛的血药浓度监测对临床安全、有效使用意义重大,但患者的个体用药信息缺乏,限制了地高辛个体化用药的发展。结论:TDM已被临床广泛认可,但仍需医师、药师共同努力,结合TDM结果与其他临床信息,实现地高辛的个体化治疗。

Abstract:Objective: To discuss the relations between Digoxin's concentration in blood and patients' age,as well as gender,further to expound the significance of therapeutic drug monitoring(TDM) for rational administration of Digoxin.Methods: Access database of Digoxin was established to analyze the Digoxin data which from 2003 to 2011.Result: For treatment of narrow range,side reactions.Monitoring Digoxin's concentration in the blood has great significance on their clinical safety and their effective use.But lack of individual patients drug information,limit the development of Digoxin's individual use.Conclusion:TDM has been widely recognized in clinical,however,the joint efforts of physicians and pharmacists are still needed to realize individualized Treatment of Digoxin,and combine with TDM results and other clinical information.
