| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨镍钛形状记忆合金环抱器在掌指骨骨折中的应用价值及适应症。方法:自2002年-2005年,采用镍钛形状记忆合金环抱器治疗掌指骨骨折32例。结果:所有患者随访时间为5-24个月,平均10.3个月,所有病例均达到骨性愈合,手功能评定按照TAM标准,优25例,良4例,差3例,优良率90.6%。结论:镍钛形状记忆合金环抱器是治疗掌指骨骨折简单有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect and indication of TiNi shape memory alloy embracing fixcator in the treatment of metacarpal and phalangeal fracture. Methods From 2002 to 2005,32 cases with metacarpal and phalangeal fracture were treated with TiNi shape memory alloy embracing fixcator. Results All the patients were followed up with an average of 10.3 months( from 5 to 24),all cases obtained bone union.Accoding to the TAM evaluation system,excellent and good results were 29 cases,the excellent and good rate was 90.6%. Conclusion The TiNi shape memory alloy embracing fixcator is an easy and effective way in treating the metacarpal and phalangeal fracture. |
