株洲地区0～3岁儿童血锌、钙、铁含量分析

目的了解本地区儿童血锌、钙、铁含量,为更好的指导儿童补充微量元素提供科学依据。方法应用原子吸收光谱仪对356例0-3岁儿童末梢血进行锌、钙、铁含量检测。结果检测儿童中缺锌的发生率为40.18%,缺钙的发生率为21.07%,缺铁的发生率为7.87%,三种元素各自在不同性别和不同年龄段儿童中的缺乏情况差异无统计学意义。结论本地区儿童血锌、钙、铁缺乏形式不容乐观,应加强儿保门诊知识宣传,指导科学喂养并予儿童定期检测微量元素,保障儿童健康成长。

Analysis on Contents of Zinc, Calcium and Ferrum in Children Aged 03 Years in Zhuzhou Area
