| 摘 要： | 目的对阿霉素前体药物制剂的理化性质,细胞毒性研究和药物动力学研究进行综述。方法依据近年来国内外公开发表的文献与专利46篇,对阿霉素前体药物制剂的研究进行了分类,归纳和整理。结果阿霉素前体药物制剂能够促进肿瘤细胞对药物的摄取,增加药物的肿瘤细胞毒性,降低心脏毒性。结论 阿霉素前体药物制剂具有很好的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Objective To review the physical and chemical properties,toxicity and pharmacokinetic studies of doxorubicin prodrug formulations.Methods Based on the forty-six recently published papers and patents,the research work on the application of doxorubicin prodrug formulations was classified and summarized.Results Doxorubicin prodrug formulations could promote drug uptake of tumor cell,increase toxicity of tumor cells and reduce side effects.Conclusions Doxorubicin prodrug formulations have a very good prospect. |
