| 摘 要： | 目的评价资兴市2005-2009年世行贷款/英国赠款中国肺结核病控制项目效果。方法收集2005-2009年全市肺结核病季报表、年报表及有关调查资料进行分析。结果全市以乡镇、社区为单位DOTS策略人口覆盖率达100%,5年来累计接诊可疑肺结核病例5 476例,发现涂阳病例837人,其中新发涂阳病人800例,复治涂阳病人37例。新发涂阳病例平均治愈率97.25%。结论资兴市实施世行贷款肺结核病控制项目效果明显。
