| 摘 要： | 目的通过对389例非淋菌性尿道炎分泌物进行支原体培养和药敏检测,了解解脲支原体（Uu）和人型支原体（Mh）的感染情况及其对抗生素的药敏性,以指导临床合理用药。方法采用珠海生物工程有限公司支原体试剂盒进行支原体培养鉴定及药敏检测。结果 389例非淋菌性尿道炎标本中,阳性标本90例,占23.1%。20-40岁年龄段阳性率明显高于41-60岁年龄段阳性率,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。Uu感染率女性明显高于男性。药敏结果显示支原体对强力霉素、克拉霉素、交沙霉素、四环素比较敏感;对氧氟沙星、红霉素、乙酰螺旋霉素耐药率高。结论支原体感染Uu感染率最高,临床首选药物应为强力霉素、克拉霉素、交沙霉素,以便指导临床选择用药。
