献血者ELISA法筛查HIV反应性强度与WB确证阳性的相关性研究

目的利用HIV ELISA检测值/临界值（S/CO值）预测确证结果,探讨建立献血者告知的可行性策略。方法对2008年1月-2010年12月采集的91 231份血液标本均采用2种试剂进行筛查,有反应性标本267份,其中试剂1检测有反应性标本113份,试剂2检测有反应性标本164份,2种试剂检测均有反应性标本10份。267份有反应性标本送市CDC用WB法确证。结果 257份标本单种试剂检测有反应性确证为阴性247份,不确定10份;两种试剂均有反应性的10份标本,确证阳性8份,确证阴性1份,不确定1份。确证阳性标本的S/CO值明显高于不确定和阴性标本。结论 2种试剂检测均为反应性,与WB确证阳性结果有较高的符合性。确证结果与确证的条带分布有关,可根据ELISA筛查反应性强度（S/CO值高低）预测确证结果,有助于献血者管理。

Correlation Study Between ELISA Screening Test for HIV Response Intensity and Western Blot Positive Confirmation in Blood Donors
