脑白质疏松症与脑梗死复发的关系

目的:探讨合并不同严重程度脑白质疏松症的脑梗死患者梗死复发的可能性。方法:对332例合并脑白质疏松症的住院脑梗死患者进行前瞻性研究,评价脑白质疏松症的严重程度并进行1年跟踪观察。结果:332例脑白质疏松症患者,轻、中、重度脑白质疏松症1年内脑梗死复发率分别为5.1%、10.8%、15.4%,重度复发率高于轻度(P<0.05,RR=3.04);不同程度脑白质疏松症患者1年内病死率的差异无统计学意义。结论:脑白质疏松症能增加脑梗死复发的可能性,对合并脑白质疏松症的脑梗死患者,应当积极预防和治疗。

Study on the relationship between leukoareosis and recurrence of cerebral infarction

Objective To analyze the possibility of cerebral infarction recurrence on cerebral infarction patients with leukoareosis of different severity grades.Methods Three hundred and thirty-two cerebral infarction patients with leukoareosis were prospectively studied and followed up for 1 year to evaluate the different severity grades of leukoareosis.Results The recurrence rate of cerebral infarction in 1 year for mild,moderate and severe degree was 5.1%,10.8% and 15.4%,respectively.The recurrence rate of cerebral infarction was more frequent in severe degree leukoareosis than mild degree(P<0.05,RR=3.04).There was no significant difference in mortality at 1 year for cerebral infarction patients with leukoareosis of different severity grades.Conclusion Leukoareosis may increase the possibility of cerebral infarction recurrence.More active methods should be done to prevent the recurrence of cerebral infarction for patients with leukoareosis.
