| 摘 要： | 目的:从5种灭菌方法中选择对广东刘寄奴粉最佳灭菌方法。方法:分别用5种灭菌方法对药粉进行灭菌试验,并以其性状、水分、卫生学、总黄酮含量为指标,比较不同的灭菌方法对广东刘寄奴粉质量的影响。结果:远红外、微波灭菌效果不理想,5种方法对总黄酮含量影响不显著。结论:环氧乙烷为最佳灭菌方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To select the best methodof sterilizing on Artemisia lactiflora wall.ex DC.powder among five sterilizations. Method: Steril-ize on Artemisia lactiflora wall. ex DC.powderby five sterilizations,then contrast the effective-ness one another by the character, moisture, sani-tary bacteriology and the content of flavonoids.Results of the far-infrared radiation and the mi-crowave sterilizations were flavonoids was notobvious by five sterilizations. Conclustion: Thebest method is the epoxy ethane sterilizations. |
