| 摘 要： | 目的评价16层螺旋CT血管成像（CTA）在颅内动脉瘤急诊外科夹闭治疗中的临床应用价值。方法43例颅内动脉瘤的患者纳入本研究,全部行16层螺旋CTA检查。运用最大密度投影和容积再现技术评价动脉瘤的形态、大小、位置和瘤颈形态及动脉瘤与颅骨和周围血管的关系,并根据16层螺旋CTA结果行急诊外科治疗。结果16层螺旋CT三维重建图像能够准确地提供颅内动脉瘤的部位、瘤体、瘤颈大小和动脉瘤与载瘤动脉的关系,并且,能够帮助神经外科医师顺利找到动脉瘤后成功夹闭。结论16层螺旋CTA是一种准确微创的诊断颅内动脉瘤的方法,并能够提供足够的信息指导动脉瘤的急诊外科治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the clinical value of 16-slice CT angiography in emergent surgical clipping of intracranial aneurysms. Methods 3 patients with intracranial aneurysms were included in the study and successively underwent 16-slice CTA examination.
