清热养心颗粒提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的研究清热养心颗粒的提取工艺。方法以绿原酸含量、正丁醇萃取得率和水提浸膏得率为指标,采用正交试验法,考察水提的工艺条件,即加水量、提取时间、提取次数。结果最佳提取工艺为加水10倍,煎煮2次,每次60min。结论该研究试验结果可靠,最佳工艺条件适合批量生产。

Abstract:Objective To study the extraction process of Qingre Yangxin Granules. Methods The optimum preparation process was investigated by L9(34) orthogonal design with the content of chlorogenic acid, the extraction rate of n-butanol and the total extraction rate as the in- dexes. The chief factors influencing the extraction efficiency such as the times of added water, the time of extraction and times of boiling were investigated. Results The optimum process-condition was adding 10 times amount of water, extracting 2 times and boiling for 1 h each time. Conclusion The result is credible. The optimal process condition can be used for batch production.
