| 摘 要： | 目的 总结男性假两性畸形患者的围手术期护理经验。方法介绍男性假两性畸形患者术前心理护理、肠道准备及相关知识，并就术后做好并发症的观察与护理，疼痛和防止伤口感染的护理及患者自我形象紊乱的护理进行回顾性总结。结果所有患者均安全渡过围手术期。结论1年后回访，患者对手术效果满意，并以正常心态适应并回归社会生活。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing experience for patients with male pseudohermaphroditism. Methods The clinical nursing material, including preoperative mental nursing and bowel preparation, postoperative observation and care of complication, prevention of wound pain and infection, and care of self-image disorder were analyzed retrospectively. Results All of the patients recovered successfully. Conclusion The follow-up of 1 year shows that the patients are satisfactory to the operation results and return to society with a normal attitude. |
