| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨膀胱内翻性乳头状瘤(IPB)的临床特点.方法:回顾本院7例IPB患者临床资料,结合以往文献资料对IPB的临床特点进行分析.结果:7例患者均接受经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBt)治疗,术后随访无复发.结论:IPB呈良性肿瘤特点生长,膀胱镜加活组织病理检查是确诊的主要方法,B超检查可作为筛查的手段,TURBt是IPB的标准治疗方法,术后应定期作膀胱镜复查.

| Abstract: | Purpose:Discuss the clinical characters of inverted papilloma of the bladder(IPB).Methods:Review7cases of IPB in our hospital,analyze the clinical characters of IPB with the literatures review.Results:All of these7patients received trans urethral resection of bladder tu mor (TURBt),they were not suffered from IPB recurrence during the follow-up period.Conclusion:IPB is a kind of benign tumor,the diagnosis should be confirmed by cystoscopy and biopsy,ul trasonography is the screening examination of IPB,TURBt is the standard treatment to IPB,re peating cystoscopy examination is recommended after operation. |
