壮药百脉根的显微鉴别

摘    要:目的:研究百脉根的显微结构特征,为鉴定、开发利用和制定其质量标准提供参考依据.方法:对百脉根的根、茎、叶横切面组织构造和粉末特征进行显微鉴别.结果:根韧皮部散有纤维束,具初生射线;茎射线宽广,髓部宽大或破裂成空洞状;叶栅栏组织过中脉;粉末中易见棕色块.结论:以上特征具有鉴别意义,可做为鉴别百脉根的参考依据.

Abstract:Objective: Microscopic identification characteristics research on Lotus corniculatus was performed to provide a reference for identification, utilization and quality standard of L. corniculatus. Method: Microscopic identification of the transaction and powder characteristic in roots, stems and leaves of L. corniculatus was studied. Result: There are primary rays in the root and fibers in the phloem; the rays of stem are broad, the pith also broad and as a cavity; palisade tissue of leaf through primary vein. There are many brown pieces in the powder. Conclusion: Those characteristics are microscopic identification significances, and it can be a reference for the identification of L. corniculatus.
