全肺切除术及支气管成形肺叶切除术在非小细胞肺癌治疗中的研究

目的 探讨全肺切除术及支气管成形肺叶切除术治疗非小细胞肺癌的效果.方法 将我院114例非小细胞肺癌患者分为研究组59例,行支气管成形肺叶切除术;对照组55例,行全肺切除术.结果 研究组术后1、3、5年内生存率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）.同时,研究组的并发症发生率为10.17%明显低于对照组的32.73%（P〈0.05）.结论 全肺切除术与支气管成形肺叶切除术各具特点,临床选择术式时要根据患者自身情况和病变的具体情况而定.

Study of pneumonectomy and bronchoplasty pulmonary lobectomy in the treatment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer
