| 摘 要： | 目的:分析腮腺及导管开放性损伤的分类方法及治疗。方法:对39例腮腺及导管开放性损伤患者进行分类,对不同类型的腮腺及导管损伤选择不同的治疗方法,对治疗效果进行客观评价。结果:本组39例患者中,A类损伤17例,B类损伤12例,C类损伤3例,D类损伤7例。按照改良腮腺损伤分类法对不同损伤类型分类施治,腮腺及导管损伤均获得痊愈,术后半年随访的27例面神经损伤患者均有不同程度好转。结论:按照改良的腮腺损伤分类法对腮腺及导管开放性损伤进行分类施治能取得满意的疗效,值得推广应用。

Classification and Treatment of Open Injuries of Parotid Gland and Stensen’s Duct |

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects on classification and treatment of open injuries of parotid gland and duct.Method: Clinical data of 39 cases of open injuries of parotid gland and Stensen’s duct were retrospectively analyzed according to the classification and treatment results.Results: According to the modified Van Sickels and Alexander classification,17 cases belonged to class A,12 cases belonged to class B,3 cases belonged to class C,and 7 cases belonged to class D.Management of these injuries depended on the clinical classification.All cases of open injuries to parotid gland and duct were cured.After follow-up for half a year,facial nerve function improved in 27 cases in a varying degree.Conclusion: Depending on the clinical classification,proper management of open injuries to parotid gland and duct resulted in satisfactory effects. |
