丹红注射液治疗COPD患者血栓前状态的临床疗效观察

目的 探讨丹红注射液治疗COPD患者血栓前状态的临床疗效.方法 将在我院接受治疗的50例患者随机分成两组,分别是对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用丹红注射液,对比分析治疗前后两组患者的血液流变学、凝血功能和D-二聚体等指标的变化.结果 治疗后,两组患者血液流变学指标与同组治疗前相比,观察组与对照组相比,均具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）.治疗后,观察组患者凝血功能指标与同组治疗前和对照组治疗后相比,均具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）.同时,两组患者D-二聚体指标与同组治疗前相比,观察组与对照组相比,均具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）.无不良反应.结论 丹红注射液能够明显的改善COPD患者血栓前状态,高效且安全.

Clinical observation of Danhong injection in the treatment of patients with COPD at pro-thrombotic state

Objective To explore the curative effect of Danhong injection in the treatment patients with COPD at pro-thrombotic state. Methods 50 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. All patients received the convention- al treatment, and the observation group were additionally treated with Danhong injection. The changes of hemorheology, coagulation func- tion, and D-dimer were analyzed before and after the treatment. Results After the treatment, hemorheology, coagulation function, and D-dimer were better improved in the two groups, and the improvement was more pronounced in the observation group than in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and there was no significant difference on adverse reactions between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Dan- hong injection can significantly improve pro-thrombotic state of COPD patients.
