| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨大肠癌中nm23-H1的表达与淋巴转移的关系。方法 应用免疫组化方法研究96例大肠癌中nm23-H1蛋白的表达。结果 nm23-H1蛋白低表达与淋巴结或远处转移显著相关(P<0.05)；nm23-H1蛋白低表达预测大肠癌转移的灵敏性为88.4%，特异性为79.3%。结论 检测nm23-H1蛋白可以预测大肠癌淋巴结或远处转移，从而可能成为临床治疗的判断依据。

| Abstract: | To study the relationship between the expression of nm23-H1 and lymph node metastasis in colorectal carcinoma.Methods The expression of nm23-H1 gene product was examined immunohistochemically in resected colorectal carcinomas.Results In tumors with weak immunoreactivity againt nm23-H1,frequency of lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than those with moderate or strong staining( P <0 05).With a sensitivity of 88 4% and specificity of 79 3%,low nm23-H1 immunoreactivity in primary tumor is an indicator of the presence of lymph node metastasis.Conclusion Immunohistochemical evaluation of nm23-H1 in the primary tumor is useful predictor of presence of lymph node metastasis in colorectal carcinomas and may have clinical significance in predicting optional therapetic regimes. |
