| 摘 要： | 通过对北京大学第二临床医学院1999年-2007年研究生就业情况的调查,结果显示目前研究生就业存在严重的"区域性失衡"现象.研究生管理部门必需就这一问题采取有力措施,从转变研究生就业指导工作的理念和模式、积极发挥导师作用、完善毕业后再教育等方面进行改进,提高研究生就业质量.

| Abstract: | According to the result of postgraduate employment from 1999 to 2000 in Peking University Second Clinical Medical College,the unbalance of postgraduate employment is very serious.The management must take measures from the following aspects: transforming the principles and models of guiding postgraduate students to get jobs,exerting tutor's activity and consummating reeducation after graduation,etc.Then the quality of postgraduate employment can be improved. |
