| 摘 要： | 目的探讨P504s、P63、CK34βE12在前列腺癌诊断中的价值。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法,对45例血清PSA>4.0μg/L病人,行经直肠前列腺穿刺活检,分别检测P504s、P63、CK34βE12在前列腺癌和良性前列腺增生中的表达。结果 45例前列腺癌中,32例P504s阳性,但P63、34βE12在所有前列腺癌腺体组织中均呈阴性。良性前列腺增生表现为P504s阴性,P63和CK34βE12阳性。结论 P504s和P63、CK34βE12联合检测,可极大地提高前列腺癌诊断的准确率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnosis value of the expression of P504s、p63、CK34βE12 in prostate cancer.Methods 45 cases whose serum PSA is higher than 4.0 μg/L were suffered puncture biopsy.The expression of P504s、p63 and CK34βE12 were detected by Immunohistochemistry.Results P504s in 32 cases was positive.p63、34βE12 had negative expression in all prostate cancer cases.However,P504s was negative,p63 and CK34βE12 were positive in benign prostatic hyperplasia.Conclusion Symphysial detection of p63,CK34βE12 and P504s could improve dignosis rate of prostatic cancer. |
