烟浪丁对急性心肌缺血血液流变学变化的影响

摘    要:采用自制可调节微米缩窄器,造成14条开胸犬的冠状动脉左前降支重度狭窄,观察急性心肌缺血后血流动力学变化和狭窄60分钟内缺血区血液流变特性变化。重度狭窄后即刻,缺血区红细胞压积升高,全血粘度增加。灌注烟浪丁后,前降支灌注量增加,缺血区血液流变特性异常程度减轻。结果提示急性缺血即刻缺血区内红细胞聚集性增加,红细胞压积上升。抗心绞痛药烟浪丁具有降低全血粘度和血浆粘度,扩张冠脉血管,增加血流量的作用。

Abstract:Severe stenosis was produced on the left anterior descending (LAD) coronary artery in fourteen open-chest dogs. The hemorrheologic changes in the ischemic region were observed for 60 minutes. The results showed that the whole blood viscosity and hematocrit were increased after the formation of coronary stenosis. The coronary blood flow (CBF) in LAD was increased after nicorandil infusion and the hemorrhelolgy in the ischemia region were improved. It is suggested that the increase of erythrocyte aggregation and hematocrit occurred immediately after ischemia and the significant decrease of erythrocyte deformbility occurred in the early phase of acute myocardial ischemia. Nicorandil can effectively improve the hemorrheololgic changes during myocardial ischemia.
