无包裹羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术的临床观察

目的　观察无包裹羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术的临床效果。方法　3 2眼行无包裹羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术,术中均行眼球筋膜囊与球结膜分层无张力对位缝合并加用闭睑缝线,术后抗炎治疗,2～3周后行义眼植入,回顾分析其临床效果。结果　行无包裹羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术的3 2眼经2～2 4月的随访观察,无结膜裂开和植入物的暴露者。结论　无包裹羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术是较好的手术方式。

Clinical observation of unwrapping hydroxyapatite orbital implantation

Objective To observe the effect of embedding unwrepping hydroxyapatite artificial eye mount in orbit.Methods 32 cases were enbedded unwrapping hydroxyapatite artificial eye mount in orbit and some details of surgical techniques were improved during operation (such as subconjunctiva and conjunctiva were sutured respectively and eyelids suture). All cases were dealed with antibiotic postoperatively and assemblied artificial eye 2-3 weeks later.Results 32 cases were followed up 2-24 months,there is no case with conjunctival rupture and inplants exposure.Satisfactory effects were achieved in all patient.Conclusions Bared hydroxyapatite artificial eye mount implantation method has good clinical effect.
