阿昔洛韦联合裸花紫珠分散片治疗带状疱疹40例

目的观察阿昔洛韦联合裸花紫珠分散片治疗带状疱疹的效果。方法将带状疱疹患者80例随机均分为对照组和治疗组，两组均采用阿昔洛韦治疗，治疗组另口服裸花紫珠分散片并用其碾粉局部外敷。结果对照组显效率为35．00％，有效率为32．50％，总有效率为67．50％；治疗组显效率为50．00％，有效率为42．50％，总有效率为92．50％，水疱开始干涸和完全结痂时间均短于对照组，疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论阿昔洛韦联合裸花紫珠分散片治疗带状疱疹疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。

Aciciovir Tablets Combined with Luohuazizhu Dispersible Tablets for Treating Herpes Zoster in Acute Exacerbation Period

Objective To observe the effect of Aciclovir Tablets combined with Luohuazizhu Dispersible Tablets on herpes zoster. Methods 80 cases of herpes zoster were randomly divided into the control and the treatment groups, 40 cases in each group. Both groups took Aciclovir Tablets by oral administration or intravenous drip. The treatment group was added oral Luohuazizhu Dispersible Tablets and local external application with powder of Luohuazizhu Dispersible Tablets. Results For the control group, the marked effective rate was 35. 00%, the effective rate was 32. 50%, the total effective rate was 67.50%, while for the treatment group, which were 50. 00% and 42.50% and 92. 50% respectively. The time of vesicular began to be dry and completely scabbing in the treatment group was less than that in the control group. The treatment group was remarkably superior to the control group in curative effects（ P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion Aciclovir Tablets combined with Luohuazizhu Dispersible Tablets has markedly curative effect on herpes zoster, which is worthy further studing.
