牵引态下针刺治疗颈椎病的临床观察

本文采用牵引态下针刺疗法和非同步针刺配合牵引治疗颈椎病（含颈椎间盘突出）８９例。结果显示，治疗组在优良率和＂首次获效率＂上均明显高于对照组，治疗的疗程也有明显的缩短。我们认为在牵引增加椎间隙的状态下，立即加以针刺，此时肌肉的强烈收缩所产生的力量更易于改变压迫物与受压或受刺激的组织之间的位置关系，并使之在牵引解除之后不再恢复到治疗前的状态。

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture Treatment of Cervical Spondylopathy under Traction

cases of cervical spondylopathy,including protrusion of cervical intervertebral disc, were treated by acupuncture under traction and asynchronous treatment of acupuncture and traction. Results showed that both the good effective rate and the rate of first session producing effect were markedly higher and the therapeutic course was shorter in the treatment group than that in the control group respectively. The authors hold that at the state of incerase of interspinous spaces induced by traction, acupuncture is administrated immediately,strength produced by strong contraction of muscles changes more easily the position relation between pressuring and pressured or stimulated tissues,so that after removing traction,they are not recoveried to the state before treatment.
