| 摘 要： | 本文针刺及穴位注射治疗１５０例，同时设立甲基硫酸新斯的明常规治疗对照组３２例，进行临床对比观察。结果针刺组、穴注组疗效与对照组比较，两组结论皆为Ｐ＜０．０１，显示有极显著差异。而针刺组与穴注组的比较，却无统计学意义。由此说明，针刺在治疗本病中具有见效快、疗效稳定、复发率低的优点。此外还证实，在针刺过程中加注新斯的明，其疗效并非产生叠加效应。

| Abstract: | In the present paper 150 cases were treated with acupuncture or acupuncture plus acupoint-injection and 32 cases who were treated routinely with neostigmine methyl sulfate were served as control group. Results indicated that there were very significant differences in therapeutic effects when the acupuncturegroup and the acupoint-injection group compared respectively with the control group. However,there wasno significant difference between the acupuncturegroup and the acupoint-injection group. It is showedthat .acupuncture has advantages of rapidly producingeffects,stable therapeutic effects and lower recurrencerate for the disease. Additionally,it is proved that injection of neostigmine does not increase the therapeutic effects. |
