| 摘 要： | 目的：评价全静脉营养（TPN）在新生儿消化道手术围手术期的应用效果。方法：对55例需行消化道手术的新生儿在围手术期应用全静脉营养（TPN）支持治疗,同时对相关指标进行检测。结果：55例中2例因为呼吸衰竭和重症感染引起的DIC死亡,其余53例均获满意效果。结论：新生儿消化道手术围手术期全静脉营养能明显减少并发症、降低死亡率,是一种安全有效的支持疗法。但应合理设计配方并合理应用,以提高静脉营养的安全性和有效性。
