多导睡眠监测仪的应用及护理体会

目的：总结多导睡眠监测仪在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome,OS-AHS）的应用及护理体会。方法：通过多导睡眠监测仪对60例因打鼾就诊的患者进行多导睡眠监测,监测内容包括脑电图、眼动图、上下颌肌电图、鼾声指数、口鼻气流、胸腹呼吸运动、血氧饱和度、体位、心电图等。结果：检测出轻度OSAHS 11例,中度28例,重度21例。结论：了解了患者平时的睡眠习惯,电极安装,睡眠监测后的护理,从而提高了持续气道正压（Continuous positive airway pressure,CPAP）通气治疗的依从性。且及时进行多导睡眠监测,有利于OSAHS的诊断、治疗,让患者更进一步了解自身疾病,积极治疗,提高生活质量。

APPLICATION AND NURSING EXPERIENCES OF POLYSOMNOGRAPHY

Objective：To summarize the application and nursing experiences of the polysomnography in obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS）.Methods：60 patients with snoring were monitored by polysomnography.The monitoring contents included electroencephalogram（EEG）,electrooculogram（EOG）,mandible electromyogram,upper and lower jaw electromyogram,stertorous index oronasal air stream,thoracicoabdominal respiratory movements,oxygen saturation of blood,body position,electrocardiogram（ECG）,and so on.Results：11 serious,28 secondary,21 light cases of OSAHS were detected.Conclusions：The application and nursing experiences of polysomnography were studied.Using polysomnography timely is useful for diagnosis,treatment for OSAHS.The patients will have a better understanding of their own disease,they would accept more active treatments,their quality of life will be improved.
