| 摘 要： | 目的分析兰山区流行性腮腺炎流行规律,为制定防治策略提供依据。方法对临沂市兰山区2009年流行性腮腺炎发病情况进行流行病学分析。结果兰山区2009年发生流行腮腺炎流行,疫情比2008年同期大幅上升,发病时间集中5~8月份,占53.88%(257/477);发病以托幼机构和小学儿童为主,占76.10%(363/477);疫情以城区较多,占71.28%(340/477),呈高度散发。通过应急接种、疫点处理、提高基础免疫接种率,疫情得到有效控制。结论使易感人群保持高水平接种率和定期开展查漏补种是控制疫情的有效措施。
