| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨腓肠神经或隐神经伴行血管为蒂逆行岛状皮瓣在跟部缺损中的临床应用。方法：以腓肠神经或隐神经营养血管蒂逆行岛状皮瓣治疗足跟部外伤性软组织缺损、瘢痕、溃疡共28例,其中伴跟腱断裂或缺损9例。皮瓣切取面积8～26cm×4～9cm,旋转点可达踝上2.0cm,跟腱损伤则同时修复。结果：经3～12月随访,28例皮瓣全部成活且外形美观。跟腱修复成功且踝关节功能良好。结论：腓肠神经或隐神经营养血管蒂逆行岛状皮瓣血供可靠,切取简单安全,不损伤主要血管,可同时修复跟腱,是修复足部软组织缺损较好的方法。腓肠神经营养血管蒂逆行岛状皮瓣相对切取范围更大,成活更佳。

| Abstract: | Objective：To report the clinical application of the reversed sural or saphenous neurovascular island flap for the defects of the heel.Methods：The flaps were used in 28 cases to repair the soft tissue defecte,scar and abscess around the heel.9 achilles＇s tendons need to be repaired.The range of flaps was from 8 cm×26 cm to 5 cm×8 cm.Result：In the follow-up of 3～12 months,28 flaps all survived and showed fine appearance.Conclusions：The flaps provide reliable blood supply.The procedure is easy and safe,and can avoid important blood vessel damage.The achilles＇s tendons can be synchronously repaired.The reversed sural neurovascular island flap is better. |
