| 摘 要： | 研究了15例急性脑血管病（ACVD）合并肾功能衰竭的死亡病例的临床特点及发病因素，结果显示：急性脑血管病合并肾功能衰竭多由于肾缺血和肾毒物所引起，因此在ACDV治疗时，既要注意原发病及治疗中引起的肾缺血，又要合理用药，避免毒性作用引起的肾损害。

| Abstract: | The clinical
features and pathogenic factors were studied in 15 patients who dead of acute cerebrovascular
disease(ACVD )complicated by renal failure. The results revealed that the complication was mainly
caused by renal ischemia and intoxication. For this reason , the doctors should pey attention not
only to the renal ischemia caused by primary disease or by treatment but also to
pharmacotherapy of rationalization . thus avoiding renal iesions induced by toxic action in the
whole therapeutic course. |
