摘    要:目的:建立用高效液相色谱法测定杠板归中绿原酸的含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Hypersil ODS2 C18柱,流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸(10∶90),检测波长为327 nm。结果:绿原酸在0.042~1.14μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.19%,RSD为1.7%。结论:本分析方法简便、准确,可作为该药材质量控制的定量分析方法。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a method for determinating chlorogenic acid in Polygonum perfoliatum L.with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods: The HPLC method was carried out on C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column using acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid(10∶90,v∶v) as mobile phase,and the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min^-1.Detection wavelength was 327 nm.Result: The calibration curve for chlorogenic acid was linear in the range of 0.042~1.14 μg.The average recovery was 99.19%(n=6),and PSD was 1.7%.Conclusion: The method is convenient and accurate for quantitative determination of chlorogenic acid in P.perfoliatum L.
