盛氏面三针治疗Bell面瘫临床疗效观察

目的观察盛氏面三针治疗Bell面瘫的临床疗效。方法将68例急性期Bell面瘫患者,随机分为盛氏面三针组和传统针刺组,各34例。两组均行基础药物治疗,盛氏面三针组选用面三针为主穴,传统针刺组采用攒竹、阳白、地仓、颧髎、翳风、合谷等传统穴位,两组皆每日治疗1次,每星期6次,10次为1个疗程。分别对患者治疗前、治疗1疗程、治疗2疗程后面神经功能,以及治疗前、治疗2疗程后电生理检测结果进行观察。结果两组间患者面神经功能评分比较,1疗程后无统计学差异;2疗程后有显著的统计学差异（P〈0.01）。两组组内面神经功能评分比较,治疗前与1疗程后、2疗程后比较差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.01）。两组间2疗程后AmpSD值有统计学差异（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。两组间患者面神经损伤率比较,2疗程后颞支、颧支、颊支比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）。结论运用盛氏面三针治疗Bell面瘫,疗效优于传统针法。其优势表现在缩短病程,提高短期治愈率,促进临床症状的改善,可以减少后遗症的发生等方面。

Observations on the Clinical Efficacy of Sheng's Facial Three-needle Therapy for Bell's Palsy

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Sheng＇s facial three-needle therapy for Bell＇s palsy. Methods Sixty-eight patients with acute-stage Bell＇s palsy were randomly allocated to a Sheng＇s facial three-needle therapy group and a conventional acupuncture group, 40 cases each. Facial three-needle points were selected as the main points in the Sheng＇s facial three-needle therapy group. Points Zanzhu（BL2）, Yangbai（GB14）, Dichang（ST4）, Quanliao（SI18）, Yifeng（TEl7） and Hegu（LI4） were selected in the conventional acupuncture group. Both groups were treated once daily, 6 times weekly and 10 times as one course In the patients, facial nerve function was examined before treatment and after one and two courses and an electrophysiologic study was made before treatment and after two courses. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the facial nerve function score between the two groups before treatment and after one course and there was after two course of treatment （P〈0.01）. There was a statistically significant difference in the Amp SD value between the two groups after two course of.treatment （P〈0.05,P〈0.01）. There were statistically significant differences in the rates of injuries to the temporal, zygomatic and buccal branches of the facial nerve between the two groups after two course of treatment （P〈0.01,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Sheng＇s facial three-needle therapy is superior to conventional acupuncture in treating Bell＇s palsy. It has the advantages of shortening the duration of illness, increasing a short-term cure rate, promote an improvement in clinical symptoms and reducing the occurrence of sequelae.
