| 摘 要： | 目的:观察颈夹脊穴穴位注射治疗椎动脉型颈椎病(CSA)的临床疗效及对血液流变学的影响。方法:60例CSA患者随机分为A、B2组各30例,2组均取C5-6夹脊穴,A组复方当归注射液注射,隔日1次;B组电针治疗,每日1次。治疗前后观察2组患者的临床疗效及血液流变学的变化。结果:治疗14d后,2组临床症状及体征总积分与治疗前比较均明显下降(P0.01);总有效率比较,A、B组差异无统计学意义(96.7%与93.3%);血液流变学的部分指标2组均明显低于治疗前(P0.05,0.01)。A组全血黏度中、低切明显低于B组(P0.01)。结论:颈夹脊穴穴位注射和电针疗法对CSA均有较好的临床疗效并能改善患者血液流变学的含量,当归穴位注射对血液流变学的作用更明显。
