| 摘 要： | 在综合医院工作任务出现周期性潮起潮落的规律变化是很普遍的现象。在门诊各岗位这种规律变化较明显且较为恒定,对于综合医院住院部是否也客观存在同样的内在规律需要进一步进行分析。本研究针对深圳市某二甲综合医院住院部4个内科病区的每天在院病人数进行了分析，以初步检验变频工作制在综合医院住院部实施的可行性。

| Abstract: | A discussion about the condition and strategy of the frequency conversion working system in general hospitals had been carried out.In order to play its effective role,the operation of frequency conversion working system still needs corresponding commensurate conditions and aopts appropriate strategies.Finally,the condition of ＂ three force-capacity,incentive and accountability＂ and some strategies had been proposed. |
