丹参注射液对不稳定型心绞痛患者血清sICAM-1的影响

目的 :探讨不稳定型心绞痛 (UAP)患者血清中可溶性细胞间粘附分子 - 1(s ICAM- 1)和 C-反应蛋白(CRP)的水平与正常人的差异 ,及其在丹参注射液治疗前后的变化。方法 :随机将 6 4例 UAP患者分为常规治疗组及丹参注射液治疗组 (丹参组 ) ,观察治疗前后血清 s ICAM- 1和 CRP水平的变化 ,并与 2 2例正常对照组对比分析。结果 :UAP患者血清 s ICAM- 1和 CRP水平较正常对照组明显升高 (均为 P<0 .0 1) ,常规治疗组及丹参组治疗后s ICAM- 1及 CRP水平较治疗前明显降低 (均为 P<0 .0 1) ,且丹参组下降幅度较常规治疗组大 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :CRP、s ICAM- 1可能参与了冠心病 (CHD)的发病过程 ,血清 s ICAM- 1的检测有助于临床病情分析 ,丹参注射液能显著降低 UAP患者血清 s ICAM- 1和 CRP水平 ,从而降低冠脉事件的发生率。

Effects of Salviae Miltiorrhize Compound Injectio on Serum in Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective To investigate the differences of serum soluble intercellular adhering molecular-1 (sICAM-1) and C-reactive protein (CRP) between the patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP) contrasting with normal control and before and after the therapy with Salviae Miltiorrhize compound injectio.Methods 64 patients were divided randomly into conventional therapy and treatment with Salviae Miltiorrhize compound injectio. Serum sICAM-1 and CRP before and after therapy were measured and were compared with normal controls.Results The levels of serum sICAM-1 and CRP in patients with UAP were much higher than that in control group(P<0.01)。And they went down after therapy(P<0.01), esp. the decrease in the therapy with Salviae Miltiorrhize compound injectio had significantly gone down comparing with conventional therapy (P<0.05).Conclusion sICAM-1 and CRP may take part in the development of coronary heart disease. Detection of serum sICAM-1 may help the analysis of the disease. It suggests that Salviae Miltiorrhize compound injectio can reduce the occurring of coronary heart disease since it can remarkably lower down the serum sICAM-1 and CRP levels in the patients with UAP.
