局限型细支气管—肺泡癌44例的临床手术X线分析

本文收集经我院手术病理确诊的局限型肺泡癌44例。男26例,女18例,其中50岁以上者32例(72.7％),多数无明显症状而经体检发现。因此,强调老年人体检发现肺部局限性肿块时,应警惕本病的可能。本文描述了本病的X线表现,着重分析本病与其它外围型肺癌的异同,其主要不同点是病灶内出现支气管气相征或多个小空泡征或支气管气相征与胸膜凹陷征同时出现,均是本病较为典型的X线表现,对诊断有帮助。最后讨论了有关早期诊断的检查方法以及治疗和预防。

CLINICAL OPERATIVE AND RADIOLOGIC ANALYSIS OF 44 CASES WITH SOLITARY BRONCHIO-ALVEOLAR CARCINOMA

44 casces (male 26, female 18 ) with pathologically proven solitary br-onchioalveolar carcinoma in this hospital were reviewed, there were 32 cases (72.7%) whose age over 50 years, most of them were detected through the health screening with no specific symptom, so it is to strees that an old person presenting solitary mass in lung without symptoms should be warned of tihis danger. The radiologic features were described, emphasized on attempts to make differentiation with other peripheral bronchial carcinomas. The relatively typical signs include an air bronchogram or the multiple alveolar or the combination. The manner to the early diagnosis as well as its treatment and prognosis were also discussed.
