| 摘 要： | 脊髓亚急性联合变性(SCD)是由于缺乏维生素B12引起的神经系统变性疾病,其确诊有赖于临床表现及血清维生素B12水平测定。诱发电位对SCD敏感性高,可发现早期病变和隐匿性病灶。脊髓MRI检查可显示后索特异性改变,有助于SCD的诊断。脑脊液髓鞘碱性蛋白含量可反映SCD神经髓鞘损害及修复程度。早期诊断、早期治疗是降低永久性神经功能损害的关键。

| Abstract: | Subacute sclerotic combined degeneration of the spinal cord (SCD) is a neurogenic complications due to vitamin B12 deficiency.The diagnosis of SCD depends on clinical manifestation and the measurement of serum level of vitamin B12.Evoked potential had high sensitivity,it could discover early pathological change and identification of silent cases of SCD.MR image exhibited special abnormal signal intensity in the dorsal columns of spinal cord,advantageous to the SCD diagnosis.The level of MBP in CSF can refle... |
